Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms).
Conduct site visits and property presentations with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
Stay updated with local real estate trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Maintain records of sales activity, inquiries, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for promotions and events.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong networking and public relations skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Active on social media, with good connections in banking, hospitals, government, and corporate sectors (preferred).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
