Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and walk-ins.
Client Interaction:
Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions (residential/commercial properties).
Property Showings:
Arrange property visits, provide detailed property information, and assist in the negotiation process.
Market Research:
Stay updated with current market trends, property rates, and competitive properties.
Documentation:
Assist clients with paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation related to property transactions.
Target Achievement:
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Customer Support:
Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in real estate or telecalling experience.
Own Bike:
Must have a bike to travel to various property sites and meet clients.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients professionally.
Target-Oriented:
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of the real estate market in Noida and surrounding areas is a plus.
Personality:
Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and customer service.
Local Knowledge:
Candidates from Noida or nearby locations are preferred.
