Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential/commercial properties
Conduct property visits, site inspections, and client meetings
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, builders, and clients
Negotiate deals to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new property launches
Coordinate documentation, agreements, and closing processes
Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
Basic knowledge of real estate documentation and local market
