About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets. This role involves lead management, client meetings, project presentations, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and contact potential clients through calls, site visits, and follow-ups. Present and promote real estate projects to clients with detailed information. Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options. Arrange and conduct site visits; ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business. Negotiate and close property deals while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and sales progress. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and documentation teams for seamless deal execution. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
