Job Summary:



The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing property sales for residential and/or commercial properties. The role involves client relationship management, site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote sales of properties through advertisements, digital platforms, open houses, and listing services. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Handle client inquiries, provide relevant property details, and guide them through the sales process. Schedule and conduct property site visits and inspections with clients. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales agreements. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new client networks. Negotiate deals and coordinate with legal and documentation teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Attributes:



Fluency in local language(s) and English. Valid driving license and own conveyance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work on weekends or outside normal hours when required. Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and client-handling capabilities. Good knowledge of local real estate laws and market conditions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
