Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential and/or commercial real estate properties.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective buyers.
Understand clients' needs and propose suitable property options.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers.
Assist clients through the sales process from inquiry to closing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, listings, and industry regulations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare necessary documentation and reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate or a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of the property market and sales process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid real estate license (if required by law in your area).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
