Coordinate with internal teams for site documentation, client queries, and legal approvals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate sales
, preferably in
plot sales
.
Good knowledge of
LDA and RERA norms
.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be based in
Lucknow
or willing to work locally.
Own vehicle preferred for site visits.
Compensation:
This is a
pure commission-based role

You will receive a
fixed percentage commission
on each successful plot sale.
