Job Responsibilities
Actively engage in sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals for commercial properties.
Conduct tele-calling and follow up with potential clients to generate interest and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Present and showcase property features to prospective buyers, addressing their queries effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting the commercial project.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Requirements
Experience
: Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate, either in tele-calling or direct customer dealing.
Education
: Graduation is mandatory.
Skills
:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the real estate market, especially in commercial projects, is a plus.
