Job Description

Involve assisting clients in buying, selling properties, navigating the real estate market, and facilitating transactions, and also focus on building relationships with clients, identifying potential leads, and representing their interests in negotiations. Key Responsibilities:

Client Representation:

Representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.

Market Knowledge:

Understanding local real estate markets, including property valuations, trends, and financing options.

Lead Generation and Networking:

Identifying potential clients, developing leads through networking, and maintaining a strong client base.

Property Showings and Open Houses:

Scheduling and conducting property tours, open houses, and client meetings.

Negotiation and Transaction Management:

Preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.

Documentation and Paperwork:

Handling paperwork, contracts, and closing statements for property sales.

Customer Service:

Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.

Property Management (if applicable):

Managing properties on behalf of owners, including tenant screening, rent collection, and maintenance.
