Responsibilities & Requirements:

Receive Direct Walk-ins and Pitch the projects they are interested in, Interact with customers and understand their actual requirements Must have significant experience & and knowledge of the Real Estate Industry Handling incoming leads, telephonic inquiries as well as walk-in inquiries. Also, work towards converting the leads into confirmed bookings Excellent communicator and target-oriented person Maintain Smooth communications with the clients Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Work closely with CRM, Payment followups, and other followups Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs Personality, business, and interpersonal skills Basic accounting and math, resourcefulness, honesty, and knowledge of the market Self-motivation, persistence, and active listening Social reminders, patience, and negotiation skills Tactfulness, telecommunications, and outstanding customer service skills.
