Job Description

1. Primary Goal: Sales Target Achievement

Mandatorily achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for property sales (residential/commercial plots, etc.).

Consistently work towards fulfilling individual and team sales quotas as set by the management.

2. Client Acquisition & Prospecting

Generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, on-site meetings, and digital marketing leads.

Identify and build a robust pipeline of potential clients (investors and end-users).

3. Sales Presentations & Site Visits

Conduct persuasive presentations and arrange site visits for potential customers.

Effectively explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal details.

4. Negotiation & Deal Closure

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals successfully.

Prepare and process sales agreements and other necessary documentation.

5. Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients for repeat business and referrals.

Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Market Knowledge

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's projects, competitors' activities, and overall real estate market trends.

7. Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system. Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (fixed, with incentive)
