Job Summary We are looking for a confident and motivated Real Estate Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. The telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining real estate projects, scheduling site visits, and maintaining accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects Explain property details such as location, pricing, amenities, and offers Understand customer requirements and qualify leads Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients Maintain and update customer data in CRM or records Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets Provide professional and polite customer interaction at all times Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills in the local language and basic English Pleasant voice and confident phone etiquette Basic knowledge of real estate concepts (preferred, not mandatory) Ability to convince and handle customer objections Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or call software) Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling or real estate is an advantages Compensation & Benefits Fixed salary + incentives Career growth opportunities in real estate sales
