Real estate Sales Executive
to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, conducting site visits, closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Meet clients at project sites and provide detailed information about properties.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential buyers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects and pricing.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Experience in real estate sales
Confident in client handling and negotiation.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Educational Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
