Job Description



We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with a strong background in selling plots, villas, and residential projects. The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of closing property deals independently.

Responsibilities

Manage daily inbound and outbound real estate leads Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the internal team for project updates Maintain sales reports and documentation
Requirements (Experience Only)

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (plots/villas) Strong negotiation and communication skills Proven experience in closing real estate deals Comfortable with field visits and client meetings Two-wheeler preferred Tamil or English communication
Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?40,000 (Based on experience) High sales incentives Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Immediate joining preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,365.15 - ₹50,698.67 per month
