experienced Real Estate Salespersons

to handle

Plots, Villas, and Apartments

sales.
Candidate should be confident in customer handling, sales conversion, and achieving monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups. Meet clients, explain project details, and conduct site visits. Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Work with the sales team to achieve company sales goals.

Requirements:

Experience in Real Estate Sales (Plots / Villas / Apartments) is mandatory.

Excellent communication in Tamil (English added advantage). Good negotiation & convincing skills. Target-oriented mindset.
