We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven

Real Estate Sales Executive

to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate sales, a passion for customer engagement, and a strong ability to close deals.

Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and provide property consultations Schedule and conduct site visits Build and maintain relationships with customers Negotiate and close property deals Achieve monthly sales targets Maintain records of leads and sales activities

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of team Knowledge of Chennai real estate market is an advantage
