Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Real Estate Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns. Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, new development opportunities, and emerging trends. Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and open house events.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs, preferences, and investment goals to match them with suitable property options. Provide personalized guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Property Presentation & Sales:

Effectively present and showcase the features, benefits, and investment potential of properties. Conduct site visits with clients, providing detailed information about the location, amenities, legal aspects, and future growth prospects. Skillfully negotiate sales agreements, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.

Market Expertise & Compliance:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market conditions, pricing trends, competitor activities, and new development projects. Stay informed about relevant real estate laws, regulations (e.g., RERA, local zoning laws), and legal documentation. Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.

Documentation & Administration:

Prepare and manage all necessary sales documentation, including offer letters, agreements, property details, and client information. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Coordinate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closures.

Reporting:

Provide regular and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, market feedback, and achievements to the Sales Manager.
