Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients interested in plot investments.
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and emerging trends in plot sales.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs, preferences, and investment goals to match them with suitable plot options.
Provide personalized guidance and exceptional service throughout the client journey.
Plot Presentation & Sales:
Effectively present and showcase the features, benefits, and investment potential of various land/plot offerings.
Conduct site visits with clients, providing detailed information about the location, amenities, legal aspects, and future development potential.
Negotiate sales agreements, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
Market Expertise & Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market conditions, pricing trends, and new development projects, specifically related to plots.
Stay informed about relevant real estate laws, regulations (e.g., RERA, local zoning laws), and legal documentation pertaining to land transactions.
Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.
