Hiring for

Land Acquisation Coordinator.

1. Land Acquisition Specialist

Find and purchase land for development or investment.

Duties:

Research and visit land for potential deals.

Negotiate with sellers.

Ensure the land meets legal and project requirements.

2. Land Development Manager

Oversee the preparation of land for construction or other uses.

Duties:

Plan and budget land development projects.

Work with engineers and contractors.

Handle permits and regulations.

3. Land Surveyor

Measure and map land boundaries for legal or construction purposes.

Duties:

Perform field surveys.

Create maps and reports.

Ensure surveys follow local rules.

4. Land Real Estate Agent

Help clients buy, sell, or lease land properties.

Duties:

Market land listings.

Advise clients on land opportunities.

Negotiate and close deals.

Working timing :9:30 to 6 clock

Working Week : Monday to Saturday
