Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep clients informed about market trends, pricing, and new project launches
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Assist clients with documentation, booking, and closing processes
