Key Responsibilities:
? End-to-end sales (lead to closure)
? Achieve & exceed sales targets
? Client handling, site visits & negotiations
? Market knowledge & competitor analysis
? Represent company at events & exhibitions
- Good communication skills
Requirements:
?5 to 10+ years real estate sales experience (mandatory)
? Proven high-value closures & target achievement
? Stable career history preferred
? Strong communication, negotiation & CRM skills
