We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented
Real Estate Sales Executive
with 2-3 years of relevant experience in property sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through leads, referrals, marketing activities, and networking.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Maintain strong relations with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
Negotiate deals, finalize sales, and complete all required documentation.
Stay updated with property prices, market trends, and competitor activities.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain sales reports on CRM and Excel.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Good knowledge of local real estate market, property laws, and documentation process.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
