Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, site visits, and referrals
Conduct property showings and explain features, amenities, pricing, and terms
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on budget and preferences
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth sales process
Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
Assist clients with paperwork, documentation, and legal compliance during the sale process
Coordinate with developers, brokers, and legal teams for seamless transaction closure
Maintain an updated database of available properties and market trends
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed about local real estate markets, competitors, and pricing trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
3-5 years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of successful sales and client handling
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Excellent communication in English and local language
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and professional demeanor
Willingness to travel and conduct on-site visits as required
