Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and pursue potential clients through calls, emails, site visits, networking, and referrals
Maintain and update the CRM with new leads and follow-ups
Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities
2. Client Relationship Management
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
Build long-term relationships through regular communication
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image
3. Property Presentation & Site Visits
Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and benefits
Present project brochures, floor plans, and availability information
Coordinate with the marketing team for property promotions
4. Sales Negotiation & Closing
Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms with clients
Collaborate with legal and documentation teams for agreements
Ensure timely completion of booking, paperwork, and payment collection
5. Market Knowledge & Reporting
Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, pricing, and market demand
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Submit feedback from clients to management for strategy improvement
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work with marketing, admin, finance, and operations teams
Help plan marketing activities, events, or property exhibitions
Ensure smooth transfer of client files to post-sales teams

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
