Job Description


Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and legal requirements. Coordinate property showings and open houses. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to ensure a smooth transaction process. Provide guidance to clients on property investment strategies. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to achieve sales targets. Keep accurate records of transactions and client interactions. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Timings : 10am -7 pm Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
