Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Head
Role Objective:
To generate, nurture, and convert leads into clients by promoting and selling residential/commercial properties under Rebridz Realtors, while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the company's growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through field visits, referrals, online portals, and cold calling.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads using personal networks and digital platforms.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Conduct meetings and property presentations with prospective buyers.
Explain project details including location benefits, legal approvals (HMDA, RERA, DTCP), payment options, and development plans.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
3. Site Visits & Closures
Arrange and conduct property/site visits for interested clients.
Highlight USPs, amenities, and future appreciation potential.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring transparency and professionalism.
4. CRM & Follow-ups
Update lead status and activities on CRM tools daily.
Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until closure.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and interests.
5. Documentation & Coordination
Coordinate with the back-office team for documentation, agreements, and registration.
Assist clients in understanding legal documents and payment schedules.
Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and installment payments.
6. Market & Competitor Intelligence
Stay updated with local real estate market trends, prices, and competitor offerings.
Share inputs to marketing and strategy teams to improve product positioning.
7. Event & Brand Representation
Represent Rebridz Realtors in property expos, promotional events, and client meetings.
Support marketing efforts by distributing brochures, flyers, and other materials.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Telugu, Hindi)
Ability to convince and close deals
Basic understanding of real estate documentation & approvals (RERA, HMDA, DTCP)
Good knowledge of local geography and upcoming developments
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Familiar with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Excel & Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (any stream, B.Com/BBA preferred)
Experience in Real Estate Sales is a plus (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
