Leverage your 3-4 years of experience in real estate or broking to excel in our dynamic team. Navigate the western region of Mumbai, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties. Develop a robust understanding of the real estate industry and cultivate relationships with property dealers, builders, and clients. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation, client follow-ups, and property showings. Showcase expertise in RERA, under construction projects, and the secondary market. Contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns. Technical Expertise: Stay ahead with an in-depth understanding of Mumbai\'s real estate market, trends, and legal aspects. Identify and nurture potential clients through effective marketing strategies. Possess proficient knowledge in real estate documentation, procedures, and formalities. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns. Personal Qualities Desired: Exhibit honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness with a high level of integrity. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to achieving sales targets. Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients. Harness calm, persuasive, and convincing power to effectively interact with clients. Fluent in English and familiar with Mumbai\'s western suburbs for efficient navigation. Ability to ride a motorcycle or scooter for transportation. Additional Skills Required: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills. Desired Candidate Skills & Experience Required: Graduate from any discipline, with a sincere and committed approach to the job. Detailed background in the realty industry with 3 to 4 years of broking experience. Possess a pleasing personality with excellent communication skills in English/Hindi; proficiency in Gujarati is a plus. Exhibit good conversation skills and convincing power to win over clients. Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, G-Drive), legal documents, online digital marketing, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, portals, and social media marketing.
