Bhupesh Vyas Group, a leader in premium residential, commercial, and industrial real estate, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales across property, plot sales, and interior design solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, an understanding of the real estate and interior design markets, and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify, connect, and engage potential clients through leads, referrals, and networking.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct property tours, site visits, and provide in-depth knowledge about residential, commercial, and plot projects.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and after-sales support.
Sales Negotiation:
Close sales by negotiating prices, terms, and conditions while maintaining company standards.
Market Research:
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate and interior design developments in Indore.
Documentation & Compliance:
Assist clients with legal, financial, and design documentation, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Brand Representation:
Actively promote the company through marketing events, exhibitions, and social media engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven track record in real estate, plot sales, or interior design sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Indore's real estate and interior design market.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
Should have a Bike/Scooty
Job Type: Permanent
