We're seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. This role involves meeting clients, conducting on-site product demonstrations, and helping them make informed purchase decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and schedule property visits.
Conduct on-site project presentations and walkthroughs for prospective buyers, participate in business exhibitions.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and other details clearly.
Follow up with clients and maintain relationships throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams for lead updates and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
1-4 years of experience in real estate or direct sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with in-person client interactions and fieldwork.
Goal-driven and self-motivated personality.
