Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate sales
(residential/commercial).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and documentation is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software.
