--Real Estate Sales Manager/Senior Sales Executive



Location:

Pune - Punavale & Moshi

Experience:

3-8 years (Real Estate mandatory)

Role:


Handle inbound/outbound leads, qualify prospects, understand client requirements, and schedule site visits. Ensure only high-quality, ready-to-buy clients are passed to the sales team.

Key Skills:



Strong communication & convincing skills Experience with CRM tools Deep understanding of real estate buying psychology Ability to handle premium & HNI clients.

Preferred:


Experience with developers, channel partners, or luxury residential projects.

Digital Marketing Manager - Real Estate


Plan, execute, and optimize

digital lead generation and brand-building campaigns

for premium real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities



Manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn) Generate high-quality real estate leads with CPL control Create content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn & WhatsApp Coordinate with design & video teams Track performance, ROI, and lead quality Manage portal listings (99acres, Housing) Support branding for Jahaagirdaar Properties*

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹48,495.43 per month
