Role Summary:
The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive closures
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking formalities
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales closures in CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support as required
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
Customer-centric approach and relationship-building ability
Basic understanding of real estate sales processes
Comfortable with fieldwork and site visits
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or field sales is an advantage
Knowledge of local real estate market will be an added benefit
Working Conditions:
Onsite / field-based role
May require working on weekends as per site visit schedules
Incentive-driven compensation structure
