Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales while providing excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and marketing activities
Advise clients on property values, market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties
Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to complete transactions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities
Incentive will be provided to the candidate on per sales bases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
