for our residential housing project, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into buyers, and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial inquiry to closing. You will act as the face of the project, providing expert guidance to clients while achieving and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers, highlighting project features, amenities, and investment benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to foster trust and confidence.
Lead Management:
Manage leads through the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
Qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and purchase intent to prioritize high-potential clients.
Deal Closure:
Negotiate terms, prepare sales agreements, and guide clients through documentation, payment schedules, and legal processes.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Market Insight:
Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Provide feedback to marketing teams to enhance promotional materials and campaigns.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the project.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to sharpen skills and expand networks.
