Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic

Real Estate Sales Executive

who is fluent in

Gujarati

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, especially in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions in Gujarati, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Gujarati-speaking clients to understand their property requirements. Conduct site visits, presentations, and property showings. Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful deals. Promote real estate projects through various channels including walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Keep CRM and reporting systems updated on a daily basis. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to drive lead generation activities. Stay informed about current real estate market trends and competitors.

Requirements:

Fluency in Gujarati

(spoken) is

mandatory

. Experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client engagement. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Prior real estate experience dealing with regional clients is a plus. Two-wheeler with valid driving license is an advantage.
