Overview: As a Sales Executive at 4 Estates Realtors, you will drive residential and commercial property sales by working as a trusted channel partner for top developers in Mumbai. You will identify and qualify buyers, present projects, conduct site visits, and close deals while ensuring excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads through cold calling, social media, local networking, and referrals.
- Follow up on marketing leads and fix meetings.
2. Client Meetings & Project Consultation:
- Understand client budgets and preferences.
- Shortlist suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct site visits.
- Present project details, configurations, and payment plans.
3. Coordination with Builders:
- Stay updated on inventory, offers, and schemes.
- Build strong relationships with developer sales teams.
- Coordinate builder meetings for special negotiations.
4. Deal Closure & Documentation:
- Negotiate pricing and close sales profitably.
- Assist with booking, paperwork, and agreement formalities.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts.
5. Reporting & CRM:
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Meet or exceed sales targets. Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Mumbai's real estate market.
- Confident in handling site visits and client presentations.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1-3 years of real estate/channel sales experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
Working Mode & Schedule:
- Mode: Office-based plus field/site visits.
- Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday open for client visits if needed, compensatory off on weekdays).
- Timings: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (flexible as per meetings).
