Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Sales Executive

with a strong background in real estate sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to overall business development strategies. This role is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales in the real estate sector.

Identify, pursue, and convert sales opportunities through both existing networks and new lead generation. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent outreach and timely follow-ups. Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients and investors. Support the development and execution of business development and marketing initiatives. Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and performance updates to management. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings. Participate in client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth post-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Gender:

Male candidates only

Experience:

Minimum 5-10 years of proven real estate sales experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Languages:

Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is mandatory

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer operations

Other Requirements:

Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driving license
