We are seeking a proactive and dynamic

Real Estate Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for sourcing, prospecting, and closing sales for

residential and commercial properties

. The candidate will also be required to engage with

channel partners

, follow up on leads, and ensure a smooth sales cycle from enquiry to final booking.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing & Prospecting:

Identify and develop new leads through networking, channel partners, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms.

Client Engagement & Sales Closure:

Conduct site visits, product presentations, and negotiations with clients to close deals for residential and commercial units.

Channel Partner Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs). Regularly meet and update CPs regarding project inventories, offers, and sales support.

Lead Follow-up & Coordination:

Manage inbound and outbound calls for potential leads. Ensure timely follow-up and conversion through structured interactions.

Documentation & MIS Reporting:

Assist clients through the booking, documentation, and payment process. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the real estate sector.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication and networking skills Strong knowledge of the

local real estate market and broker ecosystem

Result-oriented with a track record of driving

high-volume site visits and closures

Proficient in

CRM tools and Excel-based reporting

Energetic, self-motivated, and field-focused
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
