We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Real Estate Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, handling property sales and rentals, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. A strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to close deals are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and follow up on leads for buying, selling, and renting properties. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and property owners. Conduct property viewings and provide in-depth information to clients. Assist clients in understanding market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. Negotiate offers and close property deals in a timely and professional manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and competitor offerings. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings via digital and traditional channels. Maintain and update listings on property portals and company databases. Prepare documentation for real estate transactions including agreements and contracts. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
