Key Responsibilities:

4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
5. Stay updated on market trends, prices, and regulatory changes
6. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations
7. Handle paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
2. Proven sales experience (real estate or related field)
3. Knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and laws
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
