Key Responsibilities

:

Handle walk-in and inbound inquiries at site and office. Pitch residential/commercial projects to potential clients. Arrange and conduct site visits with prospects. Convert leads into bookings by understanding client needs and budget. Maintain client database and follow up effectively. Coordinate with CRM and Documentation teams for booking formalities.

Requirements

:

Proven experience in real estate sales (construction/residential projects). Good communication and negotiation skills. Customer-centric and target-oriented mindset. Own vehicle preferred.

2. Sales Manager - Real EstateExperience

: 5-8 years in Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets. Strategize and execute sales plans for project inventory movement. Manage channel partner relationships and drive CP-based sales. Handle HNI and bulk buyer negotiations. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Ensure documentation, follow-up, and customer satisfaction post-sale.

Requirements

:

Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. In-depth knowledge of Pune's real estate market. Experience with CRM tools and data-driven approach.

3. Pre-Sales Executive - Real EstateExperience

: 1-3 years in Real Estate Pre-sales / Telecalling

Key Responsibilities

:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries. Explain project details to potential buyers. Qualify leads and schedule site visits for sales team. Maintain lead tracking system and ensure timely follow-up. Support digital marketing team by following up on campaign leads.

Requirements

:

Excellent communication and telecalling skills. Basic knowledge of real estate projects and industry. Good command over CRM tools or lead management systems.
