JOB DESCRIPTION:

Greets customers and makes them feel comfortable.

Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchasing.

Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.

Introduces promotions and new products to customers.

Operates payment register and handles payments.

Handles refunds, exchanges and returns.

Documents sales by updating customer records.

Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales Goals.

Alerts the management of potential security issues.

Performing various administrative duties, such as preparing commission and expenses. Reports, and conducting post-sale follow-ups with the customers.

Working with other employees to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets.

Processing sales transactions and sales contracts and receiving payments.

Creating awareness and promoting special offers and loyalty programs.

Managing client relationships through all the stages of the sales cycle.

Ensuring that customers are fully satisfied with the services offered.

Coordinate with all sales agencies, keep records, and report to concerned Authorities.

Keep Sales enquiries list & Follow-up regular.

Familiarity with digital technology (Digital Marketing) and its applications in sales.

Qualification & Requirements -

Self-motivated. Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.

Verbal and written communication skills (Hindi, English & Marathi)

Interpersonal skills. Basic math and accounting skills.

Experience operating a payment register.

Experience operating point-of-sale (POS) transactions

Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills

Computer basic skills ( Word, Excel, PPT)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
