Call leads generated from various portals and introduce them to our real estate projects. Pitch various real estate projects to potential clients and provide detailed information.
Schedule and coordinate site visits, face-to-face meetings, and video conferences with clients.
Attend clients during site visits, face-to-face meetings, and video conferences to provide personalized assistance.
Communicate clients' requirements and preferences to managers and ensure smooth followup.
Maintain a strong connection with clients from the initial contact until the booking is completed.
Keep managers informed about client interactions and progress.
Address and resolve client queries promptly and effectively.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements
:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pitch real estate projects confidently and effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and follow-ups.
Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software.
A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in real estate tele calling or sales is a plus.
Based in Pune.
Education: Graduates and postgraduates preferred.
Mandatory: Two-wheeler and Android mobile.
