Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through site visits, referrals, channel partners, and marketing campaigns
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closure
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
Ensure timely collection of payments and coordination with internal teams
Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals independently
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to work on weekends and attend site visits
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with developers or real estate agencies
Existing client or broker network is an added advantage
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
