You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, building relationships with clients, closing deals, and supporting project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads for
landscape design & execution projects
.
Visit construction sites, real estate developments, villas & residential communities.
Build relationships with:
Real estate developers
Architects & contractors
Housing societies
Institutions (schools, resorts, commercial properties)
Conduct presentations of Calids Landscapes services and portfolio.
Identify upcoming projects and submit proposals.
Coordinate with design & execution teams for site assessments.
Maintain client database and follow-ups.
Convert inquiries into confirmed work orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-5 years experience in
field sales / marketing / business development
.
Experience in
real estate, construction, interiors or landscaping
preferred.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Fluent in Kannada & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Must be willing to do
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives per project closure
Performance-based commission structure.
