2. Drive Property Sales Through Client Meetings
3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
4. Provide regular sales reporting, pipeline updates to management
5. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
6. Accompany the customer for site visits and display property to them and manage daily routine calls
7. New lead generation for creating a pipeline of prospective customers
8. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
9. Ensures a seamless client experience from lead to closures
10. Maintain updated knowledge of competing projects and market trends
