Work Location: Project Sites - Bangalore South [JP Nagar],
Bangalore North [Airport Road] &
Bangalore East[Whitefield/Sarjapur Road]
Salary: ?3 LPA - ?5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 1-3 Years (Flat Sales / Real Estate / Automobile Sales - must)
Week Off: Tuesday / Thursday (Rotational Basis)
Requirement: 2-Wheeler & Valid Driving License
Job Summary:
We're looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to handle end-to-end apartment/flat sales, manage client relationships, and achieve monthly targets for reputed real estate projects in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customer walk-ins at project sites and explain property features, pricing, and benefits.
Manage leads from inquiry to closure through proactive follow-up and engagement.
Conduct site visits and provide professional guidance to prospective clients throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and post-sales coordination.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing or related field
1-3 years of experience in Flat / Real Estate / Automobile Sales (must)
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Customer-focused with good market knowledge
Self-motivated, target-driven & team player
