Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms and fieldwork
Schedule and conduct property site visits and follow up with potential buyers
Present properties and explain features, pricing, and payment plans
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing and legal requirements
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Handle negotiations and close deals in a professional manner
Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions
Prepare sales reports and keep track of all client communications and transactions
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good knowledge of the local real estate market
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
