Job : Sales Executive Qualifications: Bachelors/MBA Employment: Full Time Industry Type: Real Estate (Residential/Commercial) Experience : Minimum 4 years Skills Required : Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results Ability to create and deliver presentations Fast learner and quick thinker Passionate about sales Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Roles: Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating leads. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Prepare market research and sales reports daily/weekly/monthly

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

• Set up meetings with potential clients, Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from customers

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.

• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9200,000.00 - 9400,000.00 per year Schedule:
