Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Real Estate Sales Executive
with proven experience in
commercial, residential, and luxury property sales
. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property deals in Gurgaon's dynamic real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end?to?end sales process
for commercial, residential, and luxury properties.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.
Prepare and manage
sales reports, MIS, and documentation
.
Stay updated on
market trends, competitor activities, and property laws
.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of
real estate sales experience
(commercial/residential/luxury).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long?term client relationships.
Target?oriented mindset with proven sales achievements.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms
.
Knowledge of Gurgaon's real estate market is preferred.
